We do this by:

• Working with directors and senior teams to develop their vision for the function(s)
  
  
• Developing awareness of the business partnering approach through workshops and seminars for individual groups or cross-functional teams
  
  
• Supporting the implementation of a business partnering approach by developing blueprints, designing structures, job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, designing and supporting selection processes
  
  
• Ensuring role clarity within the new approach
  
  
• Engaging functional teams and developing the community through whole team events, conferences and seminars
  
  
• Providing development programmes for Corporate Support Professionals – through workshops, master classes, action learning groups, self-managed resources and toolkits
  
  
• Conducting Business stakeholder reviews of functions to identify what is working, what needs to be different, what would add more value and how this might be achieved
  
  
• Providing a range of consultancy services for teams working towards implementing and embedding a business partnering approach
