Annette Perry
Annette has more than 10 years of experience as a Senior HR
Business Partner, primarily in the financial services sector.
During that time she has worked in partnership with a range
of business units including IT, Sales and Corporate Development
to design and deliver the HR elements of business strategy.
In addition to the operational management of performance, reward,
development and talent frameworks, Annette has worked in project
teams with business managers to deliver significant organisational
change in response to customer, cost or wider business challenges.
Examples have included the launch of a health insurance company
in response to a new market opportunity, the establishment of
an overseas customer services centre that met cost and quality
needs and the sale of a European subsidiary following a change
in global strategy. The key challenges in all instances included
ensuring that HR strategy was directly aligned with commercial
needs, stakeholder management within both the business and HR,
employee communications and organisational design. Annette
is enthusiastic about the HR Business Partner role having
been through the transition to this model herself and more
recently, having worked operationally with HR teams to support
and facilitate their own transition.
