has the infrastructure, communications and ways of working
between its different teams that enable the whole function
to work in partnership with the organisation
Facilitation of action learning sets to ensure that individuals
and groups within IT continue to develop and take forward
the actions that add value to the business, develop careers
and enhance the function’s reputation.
