Our focus at develop uk is on supporting IT functions to fulfil their potential by effectively partnering the business.

We do this by:

• Working with IT Directors and Senior IT teams to develop their vision
  
  
• Developing awareness of the IT business partnering approach through workshops and seminars for individual groups or whole IT teams
  
  
• Supporting the implementation of an IT business partnering approach by developing blueprints, designing structures, job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, designing and supporting selection processes
  
  
• Ensuring role clarity with the new approach
  
  
• Engaging IT teams and developing the IT community through whole team events, conferences and seminars
  
  
• Providing development programmes for IT professionals – through workshops, master classes, action learning groups, self-managed resources and toolkits
  
  
• - Conducting business stakeholder reviews of IT to identify what is working, what needs to be different, what would add more value and how this might be achieved
  
  
• Providing a range of consultancy services for IT teams working towards implementing and embedding a IT business partnering approach
