Our focus at develop uk is on supporting Finance to fulfil its potential by effectively partnering the business.


We do this by:

• Working with Finance Directors and Senior Finance Teams to develop their vision for Finance
  
  
• Developing awareness of the Finance Business Partner approach through workshops and seminars for individual groups or whole Finance Teams
  
  
• Supporting the implementation of a Finance Business Partnering approach by developing blue-prints, designing structures, job-descriptions, roles and responsibilities, designing and supporting selection processes
  
  
• Engaging Finance teams and developing the Finance Community through whole team events, conferences and seminars
  
  
• Providing development programmes for Finance Professionals – through workshops, master classes, action learning groups, self-managed resources and toolkits
  
  
• Conducting business stakeholder reviews of Finance to identify what is working, what needs to be different and how it might be achieved
  
  
• Providing a range of consultancy support for Finance teams working towards implementing and embedding a Finance Business Partnering approach
