For cancellation between 21 and 7 days of the workshop, 50% of the agreed fee is payable. Within 7 days, the full agreed fee is payable. At any point, you can transfer the place to another delegate or, alternatively, transfer to another workshop for the day delegate rate of £100 + VAT to cover venue costs.
